I have my cover now for my first Strange Hollow book, Jinx and Her Werewolf, that will be coming out at Liquid Silver Books sometime this February. April, the art director, did an awesome job on it as usual. I can’t wait to see what she does for my second Strange Hollow book that will be coming out sometime this May. For those of you that would like to read more about Jinx and Her Werewolf, I have the entire first chapter posted on my website on my excerpts page.

I now have my cover for my second Ellora’s Cave book. This is the second book in my Goddess Revealed series and is called Love’s Fiery Arrow. I haven’t started edits on this one yet, but my editor has promised to get them to me before she goes on Christmas holidays.

I love this cover. The cover artist did a great job and got exactly what I was picturing when I filled out the cover request for this book. I’ll post a blurb once edits are done.

I signed my 5th contract with Ellora’s Cave today. It’s for the first book in my new vampire series called Ra’s Chosen-Soul Hunger. I plan to write another five books for this series. I’m really happy that EC gave this one a home. I’ll post the blurb that I have for it so far below.

The first short in my Goddess Revealed series called Bast’s Perfume was released today at Ellora’s Cave. It’s a paranormal/cat shifter. This is my first book at EC so I’m pretty excited about it. Last week I signed the contracts for the last three shorts in this series.

Today Liquid Silver Books announced their new Paranormal series line called Strange Hollow. I was luckily enough to be one of the authors they invited back in July to submit a book for the series. When I heard what it was all about, I couldn’t wait to get started. I signed my first Strange Hollow contract on September 8th, and my second almost two weeks ago. So I’ve been holding on to this for a while now. My first Strange Hollow book will be released February 2010 and the second May 2010. I’ll post a bit about what the Strange Hollow series is about and the blurbs for my books.

Strange Hollow is a place for the extraordinary to become ordinary. Odd shifters, powerless witches and vegan vampires feel free to apply. Outcasts welcome, elitists will be eaten on sight.

Strange Hollow-Jinx and Her Werewolf

As a jinx, Thora has had to move around a lot. When her car breaks down stranding her in Strange Hollow, she figures the town is as good a place as any to stay for a while. When she meets Daker, he is just one more reason for her to stay.

A werewolf, Daker knows Thora is his mate, but her being a mortal just adds one more reason to take things slow with her. Not only does he have to find a way to tell her he is a werewolf, and she is his mate, he has to explain that the residents of Strange Hollow aren’t exactly what they seem.

After Daker claims Thora as his mate, Thora knows they can never be, not with her curse hanging over her head. She may be cursed to be a jinx for the rest of her life, but she’s also destined to kill the man she gives her heart to. Not wanting to be the cause of Daker’s death, she has to fight her feelings for him or watch the man she loves die.

Strange Hollow-Love’s Nest

Lilin, the owner of Love’s Nest, a B & B in Strange Hollow, always knew her mate would be a werewolf. As a succubus who had been born beautiful instead of ugly, and her refusing to seduce men to steal their energy, she was disowned by her family. When a new werewolf comes to town, she knows he is the one for her. Even though he displays all the signs of his mating urge kicking in when around her, he refuses to take claim her as his. Not willing to let him get away, Lilin has a few tricks up her sleeve to get him to change his mind.

Galen had come to Strange Hollow to start out fresh. His nose as been the bane of his existence. Whenever he meets a woman he is attracted to, his nose tells him she is the one meant for him. Only after he has slept with her does he find out she isn’t. Not wanting to take a chance that she isn’t his mate, Galen had made it a practice to seduce every woman that set off his mating urge. Of course it caused more problems than not with the rest of the male werewolves in his pack. Deciding to go lone wolf to get away from his problems, Galen tries to fight his mating urge when he meets Lilin. Knowing she isn’t really his mate he tries to resist her. But the question is how long can he stay strong when the woman he wishes were his does everything she can to get him into bed?

Earlier this week I signed my first paranormal/cat shifter young adult contract with Whiskey Creek Press. It’s called The Black Cougar of Vernon Secondary. The title may change, but I’m fine with that. This is also the very first young adult I’ve written. I had fun writing it. It’s a lot different than writing erotic romances .

I heard back from my editor at Ellora’s Cave the other day. She offered me three new contracts for the rest of the shorts in my Goddess Revealed series. The first one will be released at EC on Nov. 18th. I still have two other subs that I’m waiting to hear back from her about, but I’m thrilled about these new ones. It also came at a good time. I’ve been sick as a dog for the last three days and this was the kind of news I needed to help me not feel so crappy. I’ll post the blurbs for these three once I get the covers.
